Delta Electro Power is looking for a Journeyman Electrician to join our Cranston, RI location of The Rapid Group.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in accordance with local and national electrical codes
- Perform electrical troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
- Install and repair low voltage systems, such as fire alarms and security systems
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as carpenters, to complete electrical installations in new construction projects
- Test electrical systems to ensure they are functioning properly and safely
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an electrician in a commercial or industrial setting
- Proficient in working with both low voltage and high voltage systems
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and specialized electrical equipment
- Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and ability to apply it in daily work
- Experience reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot electrical issues effectively
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and wiring methods
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment specific to the trade
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete projects on time and within budget

Position Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Machinery assembly, alignment (rotating and production machinery).
- Experience with hoisting, rigging, installing, setting, aligning, removal and commissioning of equipment.
- Disassembly, inspection, repair/rebuild & reassembly in shop and field of all types of rotating and production equipment. Machinist background a plus.
- Sheet metal and/or steel fabrication, welding (with or without blueprints).
- Proficient in use of variety of machinist hand tools, precision alignment & measuring instruments used for set-up and operation of machine shop equipment.
- Repair/Assemble bushings, bearings, couplings, shafts, sleeves, rings, liners, gears and wheels.
- Field service calls will take place in the RI/Massachusetts area.
Qualifications:
Millwrights need to have excellent manual dexterity, as the job involves the regular handling of small parts. They must have extensive knowledge of the machinery they will be expected to operate. You must be Good at adhering to strict safety guidelines and cognizant of safety risks.
- Mechanical aptitude in dealing with wrenches, hammers, forklifts, and other similar tools.
- Working knowledge of mechanical technical skills to allow them to effectively read documents such as specifications, machine manuals, and blueprints.
- Proficient in troubleshooting techniques to solve machine issues.
- Excellent mathematical skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to be a team player due to constant interactions with similar employees and stakeholders such as Engineers, Plant Managers, and Part Vendors, amongst others.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting required.

Job Summary:
Troubleshoot, diagnose, disassemble, evaluate, and repair wastewater, booster pumps and pump systems on site at customers locations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform field testing, inspection, equipment startup, and operating performance of centrifugal and positive displacement pumps.
- Must be able to replace packing, mechanical seals, bearings in motors, pumps, blowers and generators and other mechanical equipment.
- Perform motor and pump alignment.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, disassemble, evaluate, and repair rotating equipment such as pumps, motors, etc.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and disassemble pump equipment to determine cause of failure, overall condition of pumps and components.
- Assist with the removal and re-installation of customer pumps and equipment
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on the customer’s equipment and systems.
- Document necessary information on work orders such as pump information, motor information, cause of failure, parts required, description of problem.
Job Qualifications:
