Position Summary:

- Project tracking and budget recording responsibilities.
- Request pricing, purchase and track deliveries for materials and equipment associated with each project.
- Troubleshoot field layout issues.
- Analyze equipment sizing, field startup procedures and systems operations.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word.
- Familiarity with CRM database for clients management
- Knowledge and adherence to job site safety. (OSHA)
- Valid Driver’s License required.

Position Summary:
Must be well-versed in the latest diagnostic equipment and technical manuals. They constantly deal with setting up, maintaining, and repairing intricate and sometimes massive machines.
Responsibilities:
- Machinery assembly, alignment (rotating and production machinery).
- Experience with hoisting, rigging, installing, setting, aligning, removal and commissioning of equipment.
- Disassembly, inspection, repair/rebuild & reassembly in shop and field of all types of rotating and production equipment. Machinist background a plus.
- Sheet metal and/or steel fabrication, welding (with or without blueprints).
- Proficient in use of variety of machinist hand tools, precision alignment & measuring instruments used for set-up and operation of machine shop equipment.
- Repair/Assemble bushings, bearings, couplings, shafts, sleeves, rings, liners, gears and wheels.
- Field service calls will take place in the RI/Massachusetts area.
Qualifications:
Millwrights need to have excellent manual dexterity, as the job involves the regular handling of small parts. They must have extensive knowledge of the machinery they will be expected to operate. You must be Good at adhering to strict safety guidelines and cognizant of safety risks.
- Mechanical aptitude in dealing with wrenches, hammers, forklifts, and other similar tools.
- Working knowledge of mechanical technical skills to allow them to effectively read documents such as specifications, machine manuals, and blueprints.
- Proficient in troubleshooting techniques to solve machine issues.
- Excellent mathematical skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to be a team player due to constant interactions with similar employees and stakeholders such as Engineers, Plant Managers, and Part Vendors, amongst others.

- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts for management and tracking purposes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in all sector, particularly concerning water and wastewater systems.
- Depending on the region, travel to meet clients and prospects may be required.

- 4-5 years of experience in financial reporting and analysis.
- Good computer proficiency in all Microsoft applications – Excel, Power Point.

Position Summary:
As an Electrician working for Delta, you will install, maintain, diagnose, and repair electrical power, communications, lighting, and control systems primarily in a business, commercial and/or industrial setting(s).
Responsibilities:
- Read & interpret blueprints or technical diagrams.

Position Summary:
The Accounting Manager & HR position is responsible for the preparation of the monthly Financials package with related schedules and the supervision, monitoring, and evaluation of the day-to-day activities in the Accounting Department. Interact with the CFO at corporate office in NJ on various financial matters. Oversee weekly payroll process and provide on-site HR support under the direction of the corporate office.
Location: Cranston, RI.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare month end close and financial statements with all related schedules.
- Set objectives for and manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and other admin support – shared with CFO.
- Manage and maintain the general ledger.
- Prepare annual budget and forecast with FP&A and CFO, as well as the audit requirements and external CPA’s requests.
- Prepare the monthly comparison between the actual and budget and analyze the deviations to help the management to take the right action.
- Oversee bi-weekly cash forecast and monitor cash accounts.
- Review all bank reconciliations for accuracy.
- Maintain Fixed Assets register and post monthly depreciation journal entries.
- Maintain prepaid/accrual schedules and post appropriate journal entries.
- Calculate monthly/quarterly commissions.
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual Sales and Use Tax reporting and filing.
- Maintain Paychex Flex platform with all updates to HR & Payroll information.
- Review and maintain all payroll changes such as salaries, tax setup, benefits, garnishments etc.
- Oversee weekly payroll and check wage and tax reports for accuracy.
- Post payroll journal entries to accounting ERP system.
- Oversee 401K plan and assist with annual review of medical plan.
- Assist with the annual review/renewal of all commercial insurance.
- Other projects as assigned.
