ELECTRICIAN (LICENSED)
Electrical Operations Manager
Non-Exempt
March 2021
As an Electrician working for Delta, you will install, maintain, diagnose, and repair electrical power, communications, lighting, and control systems primarily in a business, commercial and/or industrial setting(s).
Electricians typically do the following:
• Read & interpret blueprints or technical diagrams
• Install and maintain wiring, control, and lighting systems
• Install and maintain liquid and air cooled generators
• Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers and other switchgear
• Identify electrical problems using a variety of testing devices
• Repair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures
• Follow state and local building regulations based on the National Electrical Code
• Direct and train apprentices to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring or equipment
• Journeyman Electrical License in RI or MA (CT a plus)
• Master License a plus
• 70E arc flash certification
• Masters license a plus
• Valid and current driver’s license
• 4+ years previous experience
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize, meet deadlines and work independently with initiative in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service oriented
• Strong communication skills with a professional demeanor
• Displays passion and drive with a competitive spirit
• Dependable, “company first” mentality
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
• Must be detail-oriented and pay close attention to accuracy
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; communicates well within cross-functional team
